    With more than 30+ years of extensive leadership experience and roles with major consulting firms, medical device manufacturers, creative media agencies and high tech software providers, Dave's skills encompass business development and organizational planning on a regional, national, and international level.

    Dave's record of developing teams, driving revenue opportunities in new markets, and quickly building relationships of trust, defines his approach and integrity. His achievements of consistently performing @ 150-200%+ of revenue targets are his legacy. As a sales and market leader, his results speak volumes as he developed consulting practices upward from $8 million to excess of $150 million during his 12 year tenure with a Big4 consultancy on the West Coast. His expertise lies in developing and launching Go-To-Market campaigns, organizing sales operations, aligning win-themes, driving and exceeding revenue targets and building lasting relationships with his clients. Dave has led multiple high-revenue, multi-year engagements. He is respected by his clients and his consultants.

  • Natasha brings over 5 years of operations management experience within the staffing industry. With a career dedicated to account management, her journey has been all about delivering results. Natasha’s expertise lies in identifying key decision-makers, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction. She is passionate about nurturing and expanding business relationships and ensures that every interaction with clients is smooth and well-coordinated.

    The dynamic nature of account management fuels her enthusiasm, as every day brings new challenges and opportunities to drive growth and create value for clients, consultants, and the organization, fostering an enhanced relationship with all stakeholders. Natasha has developed a deep love for horticulture and in her free time enjoys visiting her local nurseries adding to her ongoing diverse plant collection. She is a hummingbird enthusiast with an ardent love for nature.

Paul has successfully led numerous executive level strategic leadership alignment, organization effectiveness, and change leadership programs with Fortune 500 companies.

    Strategic leader with 20+ years of experience in technology management in consulting and in the industry. Focused on the alignment of business strategy with technology strategy and operational execution.

    Passionate team builder and mentor, led with confidence, high energy and method diverse teams in global environments with competing priorities and complex architectures. Extensive experience managing enterprise wide programs in planning, design, development, delivery and support across ERP, BI, CRM and cloud platforms, delivering business and customer value.

  • Jon brings almost a decade of military leadership experience and a longer tenure of client focused service across various industries. He spent 6 years as a health and wellness coach helping clients from diverse backgrounds achieve a better way of living, overcoming unique barriers and challenges. He simultaneously developed and implemented a leadership training course to advance the education and careers of his colleagues.

    Then shifting from consumer to business clients, he served as an Integrated Marketing Consultant for the Sacramento Business Journal, where he forged hundreds of new connections and partnerships. His ability to understand the needs of his clients and create unique and tailored offerings led to the success of his clients marketing campaigns and tremendous growth in his department.

    In his new role as VP of Business Development at The Saros Group, his objective remains the same; create the most possible value for the client.
